This 3 week gifted and talented unit is designed to teach research skills and the creative process. Students are guided through the steps of the creative process--preparation, incubation, illumination, evaluation, verification. Students are encouraged to think out of the box and apply creative and critical thinking skills. This unit is designed for elementary students in a GT classroom, but could be used in any elementary classroom. It includes a student packet and teacher packet.
