Fill a small baking dish with feta and add some oven roasted, sun-dried or halved fresh grape tomatoes, some chilies (flakes, fresh or jarred) for a spicy kick, olives, fresh herbs and fresh ground pepper. Roasted pepper would be delicious, too! Stir up and cover with olive oil about 1/2" from the top. Place dish on a baking sheet to catch anything that may bubble over. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite bread.
