Enjoy baking and happy Valentines Day! 🥰🤍 📝 Ingredients (makes about 8 pieces) • 1 sheet of puff pastry (store-bought, refrigerated) • 4–5 tbsp raspberry or strawberry jam • 1 egg yolk (for brushing) • Pearl sugar • Powdered sugar for dusting 🤍 Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 200–220°C (390–430°F) top/bottom heat (follow the instructions on the puff pastry package). 2. Unroll the puff pastry from the long side and cut it into even rectangles (about 10 x 12 cm). 3. Spread about 1 tsp of jam on each square, leaving the edges free. Carefully roll up the squares from one side to the other. Fold one tip over the other to form a loop. 4. Make a small slit in the center with a sharp knife, but do not cut all the way through—leave about 1 cm (⅓ inch) intact. Twist the heart once to the right and once to the left, then gently press it into shape with your fingers. 5. Place the hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle a little pearl sugar on top. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until crispy and lightly golden brown. 7. Let the pastries cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy! 😍 | Food with Style
203K views · 1.7K reactions | These Nutella Raspberry Puff Pastry Hearts are a special sweet treat that’s perfect to enjoy with the ones you love. They are so incredibly easy to make, absolutely adorable, and so delicious! I already knew puff pastry and Nutella was a winner, but the added raspberry fruit spread made it extra special. I completely forgot to crimp the edges of the hearts before adding the egg wash, so I did it a little backward, but that’s ok, they still turned out beautiful and delicious. And even with the crimping, they still spilled out some and a few of the heart tops slid off during baking. So once they were finished baking, I simply placed the heart tops back on top, cleaned up the edges a bit, and they were perfect! What fun occasion will you make these Nutella Raspberry Puff Pastry Hearts for? ps. None of the excess edges went to waste, I baked those up separately. While not as pretty, they were just as delicious! | Domestically Blissful
