Love in Pottery on Instagram: "Kat (@zinkundzauber), is a ceramic artist based in Germany who brings a fresh perspective to functional pottery through her minimalist, joyful designs. Her pieces often feature hand-etched details and painterly textures, making ceramics feel warm, personal, and deeply creative. Kat showcases a floral painting technique on clay using a fan brush for the petals, a wooden skewer for detailing, and a fine liner to complete the stems and dots. This DIY-friendly pottery process invites potters of any level to explore surface design in an approachable way. Would you try this fan brush technique? #ceramicpainting #floralpottery #potter #pottery #art #ceramics #clay #handmadepottery #ceramicartist #ceramicart #clayart #potterylife #ceramicdesign #handcrafted #cera
Tamara Bryan on Instagram: "There are several different ways to make slip, this is my preferred method. Making your own slips, glazes, molds, etc is often cheaper then buying pre-made and you can make exactly what you want. I typically do one to two heaping tablespoons of colorant per quart container, depending on the color. Best way to find out how much you need is to test. Feel free to use my patented mixing method but only if you can make it look as cool as I did 😂 #ceramicprocess #potterytechniques #studiopotter"
