Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into 30 sections. Place a piece of mozzarella on each section and wrap the dough around it, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the parchment paper in the shape of a Christmas tree. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown. While baking, prepare the garlic butter: combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Once the tree is baked, brush generously with the garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
