• 1/3 cup Plain flour

• 1 Salt and cracked black pepper

• 1/3 cup Olive oil

Dairy

• 60 g Butter

• 1/2 cup Cheddar or tasty cheese, grated

• 300 ml Cooking cream, light

• 2 cups Milk

• 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

• 1 1/4 cups Parmesan, grated

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 1 cup White wine
