Lazy Day Mobility Flow 1/5
My go-to on lazy days—simple moves that get me going with little effort. I repeat each for 1–2 minutes, and that's enough to feel the flow. I love full-body movements: spinal twists, side bends, anything opening up the ribs and chest. Feels good. I do this warm-up 80–90% of the time. On days I've been sitting too much, I add a resistance band for intensity—but it works without one too. Lately, I've leaned into intuitive movements—ones my body naturally enjoys. My reason for moving has shifted. It’s no longer about appearance but how it makes me feel. That change made all the difference—I don’t need ‘discipline’ to stay consistent.
