These Garlic Green Beans are a classic vegan side dish to make for the holidays or everyday weeknight dinners. Easy to make with fresh green beans, vegan butter, garlic, and lemon juice, they pair well with practically anything.

It amps up the flavor of anything you add it to and turns these green beans into a flavor bomb 💣. Gochujang Green Beans . . . 1 lb green beans 2 garlic cloves, chopped 4 scallions, chopped / divided 2 tbls gochujang 1 tbls soy sauce 2 tsp agave nectar 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds salt to taste Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, drop the green beans and simmer them for 3 minutes.
