We built a pretty complex product for three different user types, and our engineering team only consisted of TECLA's developer and our head of engineering. Therefore, the developer did a lot of work. Thanks to him, we were able to accomplish our goals and build this product a lot faster than we would have on our own. TECLA was also great to work with in terms of finding this developer and managing the whole process. The quality of the candidates we met and interviewed in a very short amount of time was impressive. The fact that TECLA put us in front of really high-quality and fitting candidates almost immediately was outstanding. It made it possible for us to keep building our product and add capabilities to our team in a very efficient way.

We had a meeting on Wednesdays just to catch up and see where we were at.
