I like using @wildplanetfoods canned tuna because it’s made with clean premium ingredients, uses no additives, and tastes delicious. Recipe below! Rhythm Kitchen on Instagram: "Basically spicy tuna crispy rice but whatever RECIPE • leftover rice • light olive oil for frying • 1/2 pound ahi tuna, diced • couple tbsps diced green onions • couple tbsps shoyu • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 heaping tbsp chili crisp oil • furikake • sliced avocado • toasted nori sheets Heat oil in a small pan to 350°F. In a musubi mold, pack about 1/3 cup of rice and press firmly to form a patty. Carefully remove from the mold and fry in the hot oil until golden brown. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, combine all the poke ingredients. Toast the nori over a gas flame or in a dry skillet until it’s crisp and fragrant. Cut the nori in half lengthwise and lay it on a cutting board, then add crispy rice and sliced avocado. Use the musubi mold to load the poke

Emma Chung on Instagram: "next time you have leftover rice, freeze it and then make this 🍙 Recipe, sort of Cooked sushi rice (Japanese short grain rice) Handful of kimchi, chopped 3 tbsp seaweed seasoning (basically furikake) 2 tsp sesame oil (the Korean stuff is best) Pinch of salt 2 seaweed sheets (any size, just cut it to the shape you want) Method Place between plastic wrap, or just use your hands, and mold into a ball shape. Careful not to press too tight because you don’t want to smush and crush the rice grains. Wrap it up with seaweed or plastic wrap and place in fridge. I take it to work the next day and leave it out for 30 months (at least) before I eat so the rice isn’t too cold.
