Don’t forget to save the recipe & tag below who would love this. 🤌🏻 4-5 salted rice cakes 200g dark chocolate 2 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter Melt the chocolate in 10 second bursts in the microwave until smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix. Crush in the rice cakes and mix again. Scoop into the mini muffin tray and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Remove & enjoy 😊! These will keep perfectly in the fridge in a sealed container for 2-3 weeks. Notes - I used salted @kallo rice cakes here but you can use plain and add a pinch of salt if you prefer. I like to use smooth peanut butter but crunch
