Putting out a bag of chips is boring and takes no effort, but if you pop them in the oven with parm and pepper you suddenly have an appetizer! Recently put a bowl of these out at a party along with fancy, beautiful apps and these were the hit by far! I was embarrassed to admit they were just a baked bag of potato chips 😉 Save this post as a reminder for an easy, on hand snack or appetizer! @alo sweatshirt/pants @caraway_home sheet pan @capecodchips #easyappetizers #potatochips #snackideas #nyeappetizers #crunchyfood #midlifewomen #homestyle #3ingredients #partyfood"

Recipe for Kelly’s Snack Mix: 16 cups of a mix of whatever crunchy/salty cracker or pretzel combo you like (I use pretzels, white cheddar cheez-its, cheddar goldfish, and mini club crackers)! Mix 1 cup of oil with 1 ranch seasoning packet, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp dill, 1 tsp garlic powder. Pour over mix and let it sit for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Pour onto a large pan (or two!) and bake at 250° for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and then store in a covered container. Enjoy!"
