Easy Cowboy Crockpot dish | Easy Cowboy Crockpot dish I make a meaty cornbread in my slow cooker. | By Justine | Alright, we're starting off with two packages of our little smokies. Next, I'm coming in with my pound of cooked ground beef right in there. I drained all the grease. Yummy and this is all in our greased Crockpot and I had a couple of pieces of bacon in my fridge so I cooked them up and chopped them. This is about six pieces. Yummy. Now, I'm going to come in with my Sweet Baby Ray's and we're going to add about a cup to two cups of our barbecue sauce in with all of our meat. So, you can use whatever barbecue sauce you like but Sweet Baby Ray's is just always, you know, a classic favorite. So I think that looks like just enough. Oh and it smells so good. We're going to go ahead

Go ahead and kind of separate those up. They got a little frozen in the fridge but that is not a problem. Mm mm mm. Next, I'm coming in with my big jar of peppercinis and we're going to add both the juice and our peppers to our crockpot. This is going to be such an easy and delicious game day appetizer. It's so quick. It's only four ingredients and it taste incredible. Alright, that whole jar. Ooh, smells spicy. But these are actually not too hot. They're the perfect kind of like mild heat. So don't worry. Everyone will like them even if they're not big

You should be using about a/ 4 cup of mustard here. I want a little overboard but that's okay. After that, I'm bringing in some Kinder Seasoning. This is a barbecue seasoning. It's the brown sugar seasoning but you can use whatever barbecue seasoning you love. Just load it on there and mix it up. You're going to put this in your smoker for about an hour or in your oven at about 400 degrees until those start to brown up and cook through. After that, we're going to come in with a little bit of honey. I'm using one full head of honey here. So, about a quarter cup of honey to glaze over those smoked sausages or hot dogs. Again, I used a bowl of sausages but hot dogs are what this recipe calls for. The ingredients are pretty much identical so because these are half the price. Anyway, we're put barbecue sauce on there and toss everything around. I used again about half a bottle of the barbecue sauce and a quarter cup of that honey. Toss it around. Put it back in the oven. Again, around 400 degrees until everything is cooked through but you could also use your smoker here. Use your judgement. You want some burnt ends when you finish with this. Let me know what you think. How would you change this recipe and don't forget to share with your friends. Yummy. Mmm mmm mmm. These were so delicious and you wouldn't even know they're not hot. Dogs. Ha.
