The Best Homemade Pickled Jalapeños
Not only is it easier to make homemade pickled jalapenos than you'd think, the results far surpass anything store-bought. With a few simple ingredients and a couple of mason jars, you can easily make this recipe any time. Keep a jar of these in your fridge to put in quesadillas, top nachos, fill tacos, and so much more!

Recipe: 2 red onions 1 cup red wine vinegar (or vinegar of choice) 1 cup water 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp salt Instructions: Peel the onions and slice WITH the grain - slicing with the grain ensures a crunchier pickled onion. Add the onions to a jar or deli container. Combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a saucepan and bring up to a light boil until everything is dissolved.
