It turned out 10/10
If you don’t live in Hyderabad then you need to cook this heavenly dish for yourself.
It took me only 15 minutes to prepare it other than the preparation time.

Recipe:
1 spoon butter/ ghee
1 tsp jeera
10 curry leaves
Green chillies (optional)
Add 1 chopped onion
1 chopped Tomato
Cook it for a while
Add 1:4 tsp salt and 2 tbsp podi / Gunpowder
Divide the masala into four sections
Pour dosa batter on top of all the sections and cover & cook it for 10-12 minutes or untill the batter becomes solid.
Then flip it and cook it for another 4-5 minutes.
Now serve it with some ghee, podi and chutney.
