Here is an example of one day of healthy eating with 3 meals - note that I added dessert for lunch and dinner - still healthy - even though you will be eating sweets in two meals of your day. This is balance! Healthy eating is not about giving up on everything you enjoy, but find balance between what nourishes your metabolism and what makes your happy.
