Salt and pepper 1/2 tbsp butter 1 shallot - finely chopped. 200ml of coconut milk A handful of Coriander Juice and zest of 1 lime. Mango Jalapeño salsa: 200g of Mango - diced. 1/2 a white onion - soaked in water. 1 jalapeño - deseeded and finely chopped. A handful of coriander - chopped. Juice of 1 lime.

Comment ‘MISO SALMON’ and I’ll DM you printable recipe or scroll down and you’ll have it! Ingredients: •1/4 cup mirin. •1/4 cup sake. •1/3 cup miso paste. •1/3 cup cane sugar. •2 lb salmon (deboned, cut into filets). Directions: 1. Boil the mirin and sake for 3 min. 2. Add in sugar and miso. Cook a couple min without boiling. Let it cool. 3. Pour it all over your fish, cover it VERY tightly and marinate for 24 hrs in fridge. 4. Preheat the oven to 450F. 1 lb salmon filet, cut into bite size chunks (I removed the skin) 1 tbls olive oil 2 tbls Cajun seasoning Juice of one lime Combine all in a bowl and toss to combine. Let marinate for 10 minutes Roast 10-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with lime juice when they come out of oven **Or you can air fry at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
