Or if you’re near Salt Lake City, it’s a couple of hours north. And…it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere, literally. Pack a lunch or plan to visit one of the very small towns close by to give them your business. You can park at the state park area for $14 or on the East side of North Beach, you can pay $20 for a day pass and drive your car on to the beach. We went on a random Tuesday in August and there were only a few families there. But we can see from Google Maps that it gets pretty packed on the weekends, so plan accordingly. You can walk forever into the water and it’s still shallow. But
