More details below! I’ve tried multiple techniques and this one works the best for me. Drizzling chocolate straight into the mold left straight unnatural lines. Mixing chocolate colors in a piping bag blended them too much and didn’t give me the marble effect I was going for. This scoop method is my FAVORITE! The key is don’t over mix! As you pour or scoop the chocolate, it will have a natural marble all on its own. Do you like the white chocolate base or the darker chocolate look? I love this technique! In the past I would pipe a couple different colors into the mold and then swirl it with a knife but it doesn’t give you a he type of marbling this method does.
