Okay apparently if you take a frozen steak and you throw in the air fryer for eight minutes it comes out perfect. But it has to be a frozen steak. You can use factory 10 out of ten flavored crust eight nine out of ten. No way. Oh golly. What's in here? All the money your baby daddy owes you? Okay for this to work the steak has to be frozen. How frozen? Okay, we're going to give it a try with 100% grass-fed rib eye. See what I did there? Oh no. No. I dropped my meat. A lot of people were asking him why he would ever freeze a steak. Well I mean to preserve it. Oil your steak on both sides. Avocado oil is like Snoop Dogg. It's got a high smoke point, okay? Now, take your frozen steak and put it in the air fryer. I'm not seasoning it yet. I'm going to season it when it's halfway through, okay? 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Salmonella everywhere. This is for people that want quick meat like your mom. Like your stupid mom. Okay, now it's halfway cooked. You want to season your meat, alright? Salt, pepper, garlic powder. That's the only seasoning you need for your steak. You don't need anything else. Salt, pepper, garlic powder. That's it. You don't need nothing else. You need all that fancy steak seasoning. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, enough. Why is nothing ever good enough for you? Shove it back in. We're going for another eight minutes at 400 degrees. Boom shaka. This ain't outback. This is on crack. Take that Nick Cannon. Okay, when it go ding, you better check that thing, okay? Look, look at this. That was frozen 16 minutes ago. Poured as a rock. Look at that. Look at the like a dad on Father's Day. Let it rest. It's still cooking on the inside. Okay now here's the test. Is this something you should make or was this a mistake? We're about to find out. This was frozen 16 minutes You can put your frozen meat in the air fryer heat. Fantastic. That's solid. That's better than how your dad does it on the grill. I'll tell you that. Mm hmm.

Y'all I'm I know I'm butchering it but hey, that's okay. That's what we call it and that's going to be fine and then a little shocking cornstarch. We're going to try and make it about two tablespoons. So, I'm just going to you know, equally spread it all out get my spatula again and this time I'm going to make sure all of that cornstarch and everything else is nicely mixed you know what I think I'm going to need whisk sorry y'all I had to go in and get me a whisk because I just want to make sure that you know the cornstarch doesn't get in those little like flour bubbles you know like a badly baked cake we're not going to do that here we're going to have a nice mixture and this is going to be the perfect mixture to go right on top of some Swedish meatballs and these are just a frozen Kroger pack. You could also use, you know, home-style meatballs and y'all we're going to try to make those IKEA meatballs without having to drive to Atlanta, okay? Cuz we don't have one anywhere close and you know, I don't like driving a whole lot. So, we're going to, you know, get all of those covered. I'm going to get this lid on and I'm going to try and snap it nicely. Beautiful. We're going to set this on high for about three hours and then, we're going to come back and serve it up pretty. Alright, y'all. This has now been cooking and I actually left it on for about three hours. So, look at that. Look at the bubbling of that sauce y'all. It is just perfect. You see that? Let me get it all mixed up so y'all can get a good look. At that beautiful yumminess. Okay. I went ahead and made me a little bow tie pasta but y'all don't have to do the bow tie. If you like it over egg noodles or even rice, I think that would be real good. Let's get those. Look at how beautiful that is. Now I know it's hot but y'all I simply can't wait. Gonna have to get one of my little noodles and one of my meatballs. Dip a little bit of that sauce. No need to go to IKEA now.
