Meet our BEST friend, Pacific Northwest writer and poet, Elissa Farmer. Farmer, who has bipolar disorder and advocates for mental health awareness, penned this poem that explores the depths of an emotional, mental and spiritual struggle with self; in other words, what it's like to feel deeply "numb" and utterly stuck.
