It is hand fashioned in remarkable quality in the form of an Iris flower. He uses beautifully iridescent Keshi pearls to create the iris blossom flower and calibrated marquis shaped and round rose cut diamonds for the leaves. The stem looks almost lifelike in a gently bending curve in 22 karat gold. The band portion has its own touch of nature being textured to resemble wood bark. The outline design of the top of the ring is called 'navette' meaning almond shape. In an exquisite attention to detail, he has repeated that shape with the two larger diamonds at the ring's base. The diamonds weigh approximately half carat total. The height of the main design element is 1 inch and the width is 3/8 inches. The substantial band is 3.5 mm wide.
