I recently have been asked to do a lot of baby blankets in the buffalo plaid and there was not a lot of pattered out there that I personally like. This pattern in particular I made for my cousin. She had a hard time getting pregnant and this is her first pregnancy. This pattern is special to me and I hope you like it. The skill set: Easy ( if you know how to c2c this will be easy for you. you can also youtube how to c2c for beginners. it is really easy to learn. this pattern does not have step by step instructions on how to c2c.) Stitches: Chain, Double crochet, slip stitch color: you can use any colors you want. I went with a buffalo plaid and the c2c chart is in black, gray and white so it would be easy for you to pick your own colors. Tools: I used 6mm and the size of my blanket ended up being 49in long and 30 1/2in wide. you will also need a needle to sow in lose ends. I use Red Hear by love and Lion Brand yarn.
