For as long as anyone can remember, the Poul Hansen Heilsøla building in downtown Tórshavn, housed a group of elderly men - sharing coffee and stories every morning. We decided to honor these men in the design process, by saving their photos and memorabilia and making them a special room in the Restaurant. The men are free to use the room every morning as usual .
