Mix Veg Daliya | Moong Dal Breakfast Recipes | High Protein Breakfast Ideas | Easy 5 minutes recipe
Detailed recipe 👇🏻 In a pressure cooker add in 3tbsp ghee, 1 teaspoon jeera and half a teaspoon hing. Then add in 1 medium sized onion finely chopped, an inch of grated ginger, 3 chopped green chillies and 12-15 curry leaves. Next add in your fav veggies ( I’ve added 2 tomatoes, 1 carrot and a handful of peas ) After that add in 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon of turmeric and red chilli powder. Add in 1 tablespoon sambar masala. Add in overnight soaked moong dal (1 cup). Then add in roasted Daliya (1 cup) Give all of this a nice mix and then add in 6 cups of water. Pressure cook it for 7 whistles and then finally add in coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy 💕
