The Best Chicken Ramen Noodles
Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded 4 cups chicken broth 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp ginger powder 2 green onions, chopped 1 egg (soft boiled) Optional: spinach, mushrooms, chili flakes Instructions In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Stir to combine. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Stir in the shredded chicken and cook for another 1-2 minutes to warm through. Serve the ramen with a soft-boiled egg on top, and garnish with green onions and optional toppings like spinach, mushrooms, or chili flakes.
