EASY DINNER FOR 2?! LETS GO! . Takes less than 20 mins and I swear this cucumber salad will taste great with just about anything 🤤 . Ingredients: 2 salmon fillets 1 large cucumber 1 can of corn (rinsed & drained) 1/2C feta 1/2C salsa 1 avocado . Directions: 1.Season your salmon (I love paprika, garlic powder and sea salt) 2.Bake or Airfry salmon (I prefer to Airfry - plus it’s quicker) 3.Make your cucumber salad 4.You can serve just the salmon over the cucumber salad or you can feel free to serve both over a bed of quinoa or white rice! Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Add the carrot, onion, celery and some kosher salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are starting to caramelize about, 8 to 10 minutes. 2.
