Ingredients: 2 lbs. Pork Belly (but you can also use pork butt/shoulder) Marinade: ½ - ¾ Cup Brown Sugar (If you like it sweet, I suggest u do ¾ cups) 5 Cloves of diced Garlic (You can obviously add more garlic. No such thing as too much garlic) 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp White Vinegar ½ Cup canned Pineapple Juice Red Food Color (about 15-20 drops) 1.5 Tbsp Kosher Salt (use half the amount if using Iodized salt or table salt) 1 Tbsp Black Pepper Instructions: 1. Make the marinade by mixing the ingredients listed above. 2. Score the pork belly and toss in the marinade. 3. Refrigerate for 2-3 days. 4. Cook in low-med 4 to 5 minutes per side

Sweet and Sour Pork - Better than Takeout Recipe
Ingredients: • 12 oz pork shoulder cut into 1/2" pieces • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp white pepper • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 egg beaten • 2 tbsp flour • 1 cup cornstarch Vegetables: • 1 tbsp ginger chopped • 2 cloves garlic chopped • 2 cups bell pepper cut into 1" pieces; any colors work but I used red, yellow & orange • 1/2 cup yellow onion cut into 1" pieces • 1/2 cup pineapple cut into 1" pieces Sauce: • 1/4 cup ketchup • 1/4 cup brown sugar • 2 tbsp white vinegar Cornstarch slury: • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 1/4 cup water INSTRUCTIONS • Slice pork shoulder across the grain into 1/2" pieces. • Marinate with soy sauce, garlic powder, white pepper, and salt and let rest for at least 20 mintues while you prep the rest of your ingredients. • Chop ginger
