My current breakfast obsession: lacy almond flour crepes filled with berry compote and sour cream. Drizzled with honey, lemon and a little melted butter. When I have a crepe or two leftover, I’ll melt some cheese on top and roll them up for a quick little afternoon snack :-) If you ever need a gluten-free recipe, check out @the_bojon_gourmet’s recipes because they are just unbelievably yummy!!
Doubled my invisible apple cake recipe for a fruit-forward Easter dessert! Served slices up with crème anglaise and a dollop of whipped cream. I swear, I’ll never get over the satisfaction of seeing all of those thin layers of apple 🍎
