 Halfway through fussy cutting the image for this card I was starting to think I was out of my mind!  There were a lot of fiddly bits to fussy cut on this one.  However, now that the card is finished, I am glad that I persisted with the fussy cutting.

The song is actually called "Don't come around here no more" but I'm sure that he actually sings "You don't come around here no more!"  The song is by Tom Petty and features a giant cup throughout the video.

I have used a piece of striped scrapbook paper from my stash for the main background. The spotted piece is left over from another card.  I'm not sure if you can see it from the photograph or not but I swiped across it with some metallic rub-ons.  The sentiment is one line from the song typed on the computer.   The image is from Pingvinmammans Designs.  The layout is based on the sketch from Seems A Little Sketchy - I replaced the ornamentation at the bottom of the sketch with the sentiment.

This card is based on the song "Can't Help Falling in Love with You" It was written by Hugo Peretti, Luigi Creatore, and George David Weiss.  Although sung by Elvis Presley, I am more familiar with the UB40 version.  Here is my card inspired by that song:

I have used four different papers from the Boating Pack by Trimgym.  The image is also from Trimgym and coloured with copic markers.  The sentiment is from Pingvinmamman.  All matting is blue cardstock.  I have also added two blue glitter domes.

Pingvinmammans Mosaic

I have made a card using the mosaic freebie from Pingvinmammans.  The challenge can be found here:

This is the card that I have created with this mosaic rose:

I have used a white card blank and stippled it with three Distress Inks - Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade and Barn Door.  I then overstamped with an acrylic Merry Christmas stamp using the same three inks.  I printed the mosaic rose several times and coloured it with copics in layers and then using mounting tape, I layered up the various layers to give a 3 dimensional look.  I then coloured three clear rhinestones with matching copic marker colours.  The lace that I have used is from my stash.
