Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, here's what you can expect:

Standard Item Shipping

Most orders have a 3-5 business day processing time (this does not include weekends or holidays) before they're shipped from our warehouse. After processing, your order will ship using the method you selected at checkout.

Pre-Order Items: If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly noted on the product page before you make your purchase. Your entire order will ship within that timeframe, using your selected shipping method.

Important Shipping Disclaimer:

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For international orders, customs clearance delays may occur, and we are not responsible for these delays. Processing and shipping times may also be longer during peak seasons (such as holidays) or due to high order volumes.

Expected Transit Times:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • 3-5 business days for deliveries within the contiguous 48 states.

    • 5-7 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories.

  • Standard Ground Shipping:

    • 3-8 business days for deliveries within the contiguous 48 states.

  • First Class International Shipping:

    • Typically 3-6 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country.

    • Please Note: This timeframe does not account for potential customs delays and does not include any customs or VAT fees. Customers are responsible for these charges upon delivery.

  • USPS Global Shipping:

    • Typically 5-10 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country.

    • Please Note: This timeframe does not account for potential customs delays and does not include any customs or VAT fees. Customers are responsible for these charges upon delivery.

Print On Demand/Made To Order Shipping

These custom items require extra time. Please allow 5-7 business days for printing and processing before your order is shipped. All Print On Demand/Made To Order items ship via Standard Shipping directly from our print shop.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 weeks for delivery. International orders may require additional time due to customs processing.
