One day, as darkness filled the air,
A vision came, giving him sight.
It whispered secrets that held the truth,
Then guided him by fractured light.
He dared defy the broken dream,
The master's tongue who bound him close.
He begged for help, but lost all faith,
To cleave the bond that held him most.
Through the night and ice cold rain,
He walked far into a shadowed path.
He found redemption within a song,
A melody sung, the song of wrath.
At last, he reached a broken tomb,
That darkened the realm and all between.
He stood before his fate, elate,
And glimpsed the light, of which he dreamed.
The master devoured another soul,
Riddled with scars, and left to fade.
He tucked the words back in the mouth,
Of those who dared speak his name in vain.
In dark rusted halls, he found his home,
The curse was lifted before darkness fell.
This servant, who stood before the mirror,
Became a reflection of his former self.
