Voyager Background

Voyager Digital is a bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange company in the United States that was founded in 2018. On July 5, 2022, it announced that it has commenced a voluntary Chapter 11 process in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York  to maximize value for all stakeholders.

Binance and other crypto firms are preparing takeover offers for Voyager Digital after FTX, which had initially agreed to acquire the firm, filed for bankruptcy on November 11, 2022.
