1. Place your green taper candles into a pan of hot water and allow to soak until the wax begins to peel on the outside.
2. Slice upwards on the softened candles to create the “tree branches”. Be sure not to slice too far into the candle, only the outer layer in an upwards direction.

These also look super cute on a tablescape, gift box, birthday parties, etc.. These are also easy, easy! If you follow the steps, it’s pretty hard to mess up! *P.S. use cardstock paper for these! They won’t look as cute if you dont! 🎀

How to:

Boil the eggs in red wine and sugar for 10-15 minutes, leave them in there overnight. Let them dry.

In order for the color to become even more intense, you should let the boiled eggs cool in the wine.

Does red wine make eggs sparkle?

The answer is definitely yes! The red wine does not get into the egg during cooking but provides the beautiful violet color and serves as a binding agent for the sugar crystals on the egg.
