Ashley Paige on Instagram: "Ina’s Summer Tomato Pasta is the EASIEST recipe ever 🍅 marinated tomatoes become the sauce its too good 🍝 Ingredients 4 pints cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup olive oil 6 cloves garlic, minced 18 large basil leaves, julienned ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes salt ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 pound angel hair or spaghetti 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving Instructions 1. In a large bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, ½ cup olive oil, garlic, basil leaves, red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for about 4 hours. 2. When ready to serve, bring a large pot of water to a boil, adding a splash of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of salt.
