It is eggless, no sugar no maida cake🫶🏻 A perfect, delicious and healthy dessert ❤️ Ingredients: * 3 ripe bananas * 1 cup kesari rava or dalia * 3/4 cup grated coconut * 5-6 cardamom pods * 1/4 cup crushed cashew-nuts * 1 cup jaggery ( add as per sweet preference) * Salt to taste * 2-3 tbsp Ghee * Turmeric or banana leaf Note: Add milk if the batter is too dry. Method: In a pan add ghee and roast rava or semolina until aromatic and golden. Remove and transfer in a mixing bowl. In a mixer jar add peeled bananas, jaggery and cardamom and make a smooth paste. Add this paste in to the bowl, add salt to taste, cashew nuts and coconut and mix well. Mix until it attains a pouring consistency( neither too thick nor too watery) Let this mixture sit for 30 mins. Add milk if the batter is too thick. Now take a nonstick frying pan, grease with 2 tsp ghee and transfer this mixture, set properly, and cover with turmeric or banana leaf. Put the lid and Let it cook on low flame for 30-40 mins, this will give a nice crust to the bottom of the cake. Allow it to cool before you turn it upside down. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
