This one requires zero cans of condensed pudding soup and you can make it in less than 30 minutes. To make it, you're just going to eat your pan over medium heat and drop in three tablespoons each of butter and flour and stir that together to make your roo. Then you're just going to add 10 to 12 ounces of egg noodles just to boiling water before adding in two cups of beef broth and the seasoning side list to below. Then you're just going to let that come to a simmer and keep on stirring until it starts to thicken up before you add in a little bit of Dijon mustard and some Worcestershire sauce. Once you've got that stirred in, you're just going to add in about a pound and a half of precooked meatballs and then so they're coated in sauce before you throw on the lid. And obviously if you're using frozen meatballs you're going to have to let it cook a little bit longer but just let them cook until they're warmed up and then pull off that lid and throw in those egg noodles. And once you've got everything in there you're just going to add in about a cup of sour cream and stir that together until it's got that perfect creamy consistency and it's time to eat. I like to sprinkle some fresh parsley over mine to give my kids something to complain about and spark some dinner time conversation but that part's completely optional. Tonight we add this with some frozen peas which always seems to make people on the internet angry and some of the new Texas Roadhouse rolls and the rolls are worth it. Texas half bowls at home. Who would have thought of huh? I have a vegetable. Peas as a vegetable. We like peas.
