Sheeeeshh 😮‍💨 That’s exactly what I said at the end of this workout 😅 So good… but get ready to sweat, your glutes will be on🔥

Equipment:
– 1–2 pairs of resistance bands 
– Ankle weights (optional for extra challenge) 

The workout: ⏱️
– Circuit style → 2 moves per circuit
– 40 sec on / 20 sec rest between circuits | no break between exercises 
– Repeat each circuit 2x 🔁
– For single-side moves: complete one side in the first set, then switch and do the other side in the second set. 

Circuit 1 
1. Squat with alternating leg lift 
2. Single-leg runners (right side round 1 / left side round 2) 

Circuit 2 
1. Up crossover / up down 
2. Tabletop single-leg kickback 

Circuit 3 
1. Hip hinge + lun
