every day, keep a journal (like above because those are the important things you need to take care of yourself) of what you ate; morning, noon, night, what your morning and night routine are (ALWAYS BEFORE BED, DRINK WATER), how many bottles of water you drank, the next day goals (they should be challenging, do something new), and at the end, write out (briefly) the days thoughts and feelings. If it was bad, write something out that was great before it went down hill.
