Over time, most HA fillers can migrate no matter what type of filler was used or how good the injectors technique was!  It’s most common when it’s injected near an active muscle (like around the mouth or under eyes)  & because filler can last for such a long time, to prevent filler build up, I usually recommend dissolving every 5(ish) years to return to baseline.
