Starburst Hello

This was one of the projects we made in Stamp Club this weekend. I wanted to showcase our designer series paper (DSP) since it is on sale this month. The DSP sale includes all 8 patterns shown on pages 186-187 of the Annual Catalog - they are Buy 3, Get 1 Free. I used the Flowerpot DSP collection on this card.
