Ingredients:
For the Gingerbread Eggnog White Russian Pudding:
• 200g cream cheese (softened)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp powdered ginger
• 125ml eggnog
• 2 tbsp vodka
• 2 tbsp kahlua
• 3 tbsp molasses (plus extra to line rim of glasses)
• 200ml thickened cream
For the Cream Topping:
• 100ml thickened cream
• 50g powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 golden Oreos or vanilla cookies
Instructions:
For the Gingerbread Eggnog White Russian Pudding:
• Start by adding cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
• Next add cinnamon, ginger, vanilla extract, eggnog, vodka, kahlua and molasses. Whip on low speed and increase to high until smooth. Set aside.
