• 8 oz Bar chocolate, semisweet

• 1/2 cup Cornstarch

• 3/4 cup Dutch cocoa powder

• 1 1/8 tsp Salt

• 3 1/2 cups Sugar

• 5 tsp Vanilla, pure

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 cup Vegetable oil

Dairy

• 15 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Liquids

• 3 3/4 cups Water
