Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width holding a dumbbell with both hands. 
Engage your core and keep your arms extended but not locked. Knees bent. 
Lat Pull:
Pull the dumbbell up in front of your chest, bending your elbows and engaging your upper back (lats).
Crossover Reach:
As you pull the dumbbell up twist your torso and reach toward your right ankle.
Return to center, then repeat the motion toward your left ankle.
Repeat:
Alternate sides for the desired number of reps.
Reps & Sets:
Beginner: 8–10 reps per side, 2 sets
Advanced: 12–15 reps per side, 3 sets
Form Tips:
•Keep your core tight throughout the movement to protect your lower back.
•Move with control, especially during the crossover.
