Square One Basil flavored organic vodka is infused with the essence of four basil varieties -- Genovese, Thai, Lemon and Sweet -- plus a touch of coriander, honeysuckle and lemongrass. Each basil variety gives its subtle yet distinct influence to the spirit.

Basil Watermelon Refresher 1 1/2 oz. Square One Basil 1 1/2 oz. watermelon juice 1 barspoon Campari (optional) 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice 1/4 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup small basil leaf for garnish Combine all ingredients with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain the liquid into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Caprese Martini: 1.5 oz Square One Basil vodka 0.75 oz tomato juice or 5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half 0.5 oz fresh lime juice 0.25 oz simple syrup or agave nectar Pinch of salt 1 tsp olive juice (i.e. Dirty Sue) or 3 drops Worcestershire sauce

Pina Basil Collins 2 oz. Square One Basil 1 oz. pineapple juice 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup club soda pineapple frond as garnish Combine all ingredients (except club soda) into mixing cup filled with ice. Shake very briefly - just enough to blend. Pour into Collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with a pineapple frond stuck into side of glass. Option: add .5 oz. Domaine de Canton liqueur.

Square One Basil 5 cubes of watermelon smashed into a pulp 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice 1/4 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup Combine ingredients with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass filled with ice. Garnish with melon balls on a skewer with lime. Refresher Option: Pour from shaker tin into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with soda.
