Parelcouscous is, net als gewone couscous, gemaakt van durumtarwe (griesmeel), maar iets ronder en dikker. Je koopt 't in de supermarkt. Kinderen vinden het vaak lekkerder dan gewone couscous.
Bulgursalade met falafel en yoghurtdressing
Bulgur heeft een lekkere nootachtige smaak. Je kunt het eventueel ook vervangen door bijvoorbeeld (parel)couscous of gekookte tarwekorrels.
