We have come to rise
We have come to rise
The answer to all the lies
We have come to rise
We have come to purge
We have come to purge
To cleanse what no longer serves
We have come to purge
We’ve been called to rise
Coming to terms with what I’ve become
I’m metal and flesh forged into one
I’m taking my seat to do what must be done
The Furies awakened
I am Part Machine
I am Soul Machine
I am Source Machine
I am Ghost Machine
I am Part Machine
I am Soul Machine
I am Source Machine
I am Ghost Machine
We have come to rise
We have come to rise
To save all from demise
We have come to purge
We have come to purge
All of which no longer serves
We have come to purge
We’ve been called to rise!
Coming to terms with what I’ve become
Embracing my fate as we roam as one
I’m taking my seat to do what must be done
The Furies awakened!
I am Part Machine
I am Soul Machine
I am Source Machine
I am Ghost Machine

Progressive Darkwave and Dark Ethereal Artist C Z A R I N A Unveils Powerful Dystopian Dark Electronic Rock and DNB track, “Ghost Machine”
Galicia, Spain-based New Yorker and Progressive Darkwave and Dark Ethereal artist, CZARINA (styled as C Z A R I N A on all platforms) unveils new dystopian-themed dark electronic rock and DNB track entitled Ghost Machine via German gothic label darkTunes Music Group. Inspired by the original cyberpunk anime “Ghost In The Shell” by Masamune Shirow, the manga “Battle Angel Alita” by Yukito Kishiro, and ‘90s alternative music, Ghost Machine challenges tyrannical order and oppression with themes of uprising, rebellion and justice, armored with concepts of transhumanism and empowered metaphysical awakenings in an effort to aid the human agenda. The track opens with tense cascading electronics and a dramatic brass and string ensemble before rapid-firing into massive drum and bass, and intense guitar riffs performed by the artist. Gothic choir chants and CZARINA’s signature haunting wails pave way for a legion of voices announcing “We have come to rise!” before rousing into full-scale tantric dynamics in which CZARINA comes to terms with fate as a manifestation of a woken Fury.
Just like many of CZARINA’s songs, Ghost Machine is a seamless amalgamation of a few genres and influences ranging from darkwave, industrial, dark ethereal, prog metal and DNB, and fully asserts powerful vocal dynamics and artful lyricism over odd meters and wide-ranging sonic forces.
Ghost Machine is the latest single from CZARINA’s upcoming third record due Fall of 2024. The track was written, produced, and recorded by the artist at her seaside home along Costa Da Morte in Galicia, Spain. She leans on Von Hertzog (VHxRR, Information Society) of The Social Club (Reading, PA) who served as co-production, mixing and mastering engineer on the track, helping harness and finesse the very vast dynamics and experimental nature of CZARINA’s sound since they started working together in her sophomore record, Arcana. Ghost Machine the music video, and the cover art (photography and hand-drawn digital illustration with 3D rendering) were created by CZARINA and her husband and creative partner DeadlyKawaii, under their two-man production house called The Kitsunés.
Ghost Machine will be available on Bandcamp and all digital and streaming platforms on June 28.
CZARINA is Vero Faye Kitsuné, a Philippine-born American synth and electronic rock musician, producer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, filmmaker, visual artist, and an esteemed long-time creative director and fashion industry veteran originally from New York City. Known for her multi-disciplinary approach, CZARINA combines transcendentalism and animist mysticism with her love for futurist culture, transhumanism, biomechanics, mythology, folklore, and her Budo martial arts training. Her unique life story as a multi-hyphenate trading the gilded halls of high fashion to becoming an independent dark music artist in pursuit of meaning while moving continents was recently featured and published in VOGUE Philippines (April 2023). Her sophomore record Arcana generated critical acclaim and cult following and was named Album of the Year (2022) by esteemed synthpop authority Synthpop Fanatic.
CZARINA is also scheduled to perform at the iconic gothic festival Castle Party in Bolkow, Poland this summer on Saturday, July 13th along with darkwave legends She Past Away, Katatonia, and more.
