Who I Am

I'm an IT professional with 10+ years across full-stack development, enterprise IT, and cloud-native infrastructure. Currently OpenSource Solution Architect at Var Group, one of Italy's leading IT integrators, I build Kubernetes clusters, drive GitOps adoption, and architect hybrid-cloud infrastructure for business continuity and Industrial IoT. Earlier, I spent years as a senior .NET full-stack developer.


On my own time, I created Arsenale — an open-source Privileged Access Management platform built with Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL — and CodeClaw, a Claude Code plugin for structured task management and gated release pipelines. I run a private datacenter for self-hosted services including AI inference with local LLMs.

OpenSource Solution Architect 2024 – Present
Var Group S.p.A. — Bologna, Italy · Remote
  • Build and operate Kubernetes clusters; lead migration of legacy infrastructure to cloud-native using GitOps and containerisation.
  • Architect complex Hybrid-Cloud infrastructure for Business Continuity against network faults — notably for Industrial IoT.
  • Configure API gateways with Api7 (Apache APISIX) under a GitOps model; run R&D Datacenter and HPC for distributed infrastructure.
