Jewellery boxes

Hi Everyone, I was asked recently to make some boxes for jewellery that had been bought by my SiL to sell for charity, she wanted the price kept on them so people would think they were good value. This meant I had to fit the display holder inside the box.

After playing a little while with ready made designs, I decided to make a box to fit. I intended to make a bottom and top box and cut it out as such, but then realised to show the jewellery off, the top part may get lost or damaged, so I cut the flaps off, as in the first picture, so it could be glued to the bottom for display. I'm glad to say she was pleased with them.

Christening Card

Hi Everyone, my card today is a Christening card for "our baby Dorothy", her mum likes colours on her, so I added them to her card. I thought it apt to add it today as it is her Christening Day, we won't be able to attend unfortunately, but I hope this makes up a little for that fact.

Robin Christmas card

Hi Everyone, my card today is a "practice" card, as I want to make a batch of quick cards for Christmas. I'm quite pleased with it, but I could do quicker I think. I'm not good at CAS cards, I always think they require "something" else.
It's one to add to the others I've made, but still have a long way to go and panic mode is setting in! I really don't want to be last minute as I usually am. Better get going I hear you say LOL.
