A Somber Sculpture, dix-septième et pénultième démo de Ghoëst, fait lui aussi écho à At Starlit Statues sauf que l'artiste suédois ne cherche plus à éveiller en nous une fascination morbide : ici, c'est la peur qui est visée — le terme de "scuplture" accentue le côté menaçant. La batterie sert souvent de baromètre chez Ghoëst est jamais elle n'aura autant mis la pression : elle est vigoureuse, comme si le monstre de pierre s'arrachait de son socle.
